THE CULTURE CIRCLE / FACILITATION & TEAM DEVELOPMENT
Facilitation that works with the humans in the room, not just the agenda.
The Culture Circle is designed for teams that need to reconnect, align, learn, reset or have a conversation that matters.

THE QUESTION BENEATH THE WORK
What does this team need to understand, practice and decide so the work can move differently after today?
CHOOSE THIS WHEN
Choose this when your team needs more than a good meeting.
Your team is entering a new season. Trust has thinned. People need a shared language. A retreat needs to produce more than temporary inspiration.
Communication has become cautious, reactive or fragmented. The team needs stronger ways to navigate disagreement.
Or everyone knows something needs to change, but nobody wants another generic team-building exercise.
WHAT ANNIE DOES
Every Culture Circle begins with discovery.
Annie listens for what is happening beneath the requested agenda: what the team is trying to accomplish, where work gets harder than it needs to be, which conversations are being avoided and what happens when pressure rises.
From there, she designs a facilitated experience that may include reflection, discussion, practical relational tools, decision-making, agreements and embodied pauses.

WHAT CHANGES
People should leave with something they can actually use on Monday.
A strong Culture Circle does not promise permanent transformation in one afternoon. It creates a meaningful interruption.
People leave with clearer language for what is happening, practical behaviors to use when pressure returns and agreements that can be carried into everyday work.
HOW THE WORK MOVES
A clear process. No generic package.
Discover
Annie learns what the team is navigating and what success would look like.
Design
The experience is shaped around the team, not around a canned workshop.
Facilitate
The room gets structured enough for useful honesty, practice and decisions.
Carry it forward
Where useful, follow-up support can continue through the Culture Circle Retainer.
QUESTIONS, ANSWERED
Before you decide.
Is the Culture Circle a team-building workshop?
It can include team-building, but it is not a generic activity package. The design starts with the team’s actual goals, tensions and context.
Can it be used for a retreat?
Yes. It can be designed for retreats, leadership sessions, professional development, transition periods or important team conversations.
How long is it?
Format and duration are customized after discovery.
